I spent years running projects the classic way: mapping processes, unblocking teams, killing the work that didn’t pay. Then AI showed up, and instead of writing think-pieces about it, I wired it into how I actually work.
Now I do two things. I build automation systems for businesses that are tired of doing the same thing by hand. And I show project managers how to do the AI part themselves.
I’m not a guru and I don’t sell dreams. I test what works, I say out loud where it breaks, and I hand over the parts that are ready.
